Delivery:
The prices shown on our website do not include the cost of delivery. Our delivery costs vary according to the weight of your order and your location. We only use reliable methods of delivery using reputable companies you can rely on.

Delivery Schedule:

We use the Royal Mail Special 1st Class Recorded Delivery Service or APC Next Day Delivery. All parcels are fully Insured. Goods will be despatched as soon as possible after your payment has been received. Delivery can take between 1 and 3 working days, unless you have asked for an overnight delivery. Orders will not be delivered on a Saturday unless special arrangements have been made. Please contact our Sales department if you have a Next Day or Saturday Delivery Requirement. Costs vary depending on weight of products required & delivery address. 

Keyking Supplies will endeavour to meet the delivery date quoted. Delivery dates are given and intended as an estimate only and if there any circumstances whatsoever which prevent delay or delivery, Keyking Supplies Ltd shall not be liable for any consequential loss or damage.

Despatch:
Your order will normally be despatched the next day if we receive it after 3pm Monday to Friday with the exception of Bank Holidays. We will try to dispatch orders received after 3pm on the same day, but if that is not possible, they will be despatched the next working day. Working days do not include weekends.

Please Note.

Next Day deliveries for key orders must be placed before 3pm otherwise the order will be despatched the following day. Please contact our Sales team on 01922 689002 to confirm this.

Return/Refund/Cancellation Policy:
When the delivery arrives please check the goods to make sure they are what you require and that they are in good condition.
For returns, Keyking Supplies Limited must authorise the return of any goods for credit. Please contact us on 01922 689002 or email info@keykingsupplies.co.uk They must be sent carriage paid at the customers risk and any request for the return of goods must be made within 14 days of receipt. If you have ordered a product wrongly, we would ask that you return this to us in the original packaging including all the components. If the product is complete and the packaging is undamaged, we will provide a full refund less our initial carriage charges and a handling/re-stocking charge of 10% within 30 days of purchase.
